Central London and Heathrow hotel pick ups are between 08:00am-09:00am (two separate vehicles). When you select your hotel you will be given a time for your chosen hotel. If you have any questions about pickups and joining, or any aspect of this service, please email us. We aim to respond within 24 hours. You must be ready for collection in the hotel reception area from the specified time at your chosen hotel.

Pickup Locations At Heathrow Airport
We do not pick-up from the passenger terminals at Heathrow, only from the hotels. There are frequent 'Hoppa Buses' between passenger terminals and the main airport hotels.
If you are arriving at Heathrow airport on the morning of departure we recommend you make your way from the airport terminals to the hotel reception areas below for collection:
Arriving at Terminal 1, 2 or 3 - Please go to Park Inn Heathrow, Bath Road, UB7 0DU.
Arriving at Terminal 4 - Please go to Hilton Heathrow Terminal 4, Hounslow, TW6 3AF. 
Arriving at Terminal 5 - Please go to Sofitel Heathrow Terminal 5, Heathrow, TW6 2GD. 
You must be ready for collection in the hotel reception area from 09:00am, the scheduled time for collection is between 09:00am-09:45am.

The luggage allowance is 2 large cases per passenger (maximum 23kgs per case) plus 2 pieces of hand luggage (max 10kg per case). If you have more than this you must contact our office prior to travel. We do not carry outsize items (eg bicycles) and you MUST inform us in advance if you have a wheelchair, mobility vehicle etc.

If your ship is late, we will wait! Drop off available to London city centre and Heathrow hotels, Heathrow airport terminals and London mainline train stations. Exclusive transfer in executive vehicles A cruise transfer with meet and greet as you exit customs at the cruise terminal to Heathrow & London. This service is available on all dates above . Passengers can be dropped off at Heathrow Airport, Heathrow hotels and London city centre hotels

There are 4 cruise terminals at Southampton, all slightly different but you will have a typical walk of about 75 yards to the vehicle where the driver will load your luggage into the hold. That is the last time you will see your luggage until you get to London. In the unlikely event your ship is delayed into port, we will delay our departure time accordingly (applicable only to the listed ships we service). For all delayed ship arrivals we will aim to leave at the latest one hour after docking (earlier if possible).

We will drop passengers at Heathrow hotels and terminals 1-5 starting from 10:30. We will drop passengers in central London from 11:00. We cover all hotels in London city centre. We also drop at Victoria Coach/train station, Kings Cross/St.Pancras station and Paddington station.

Salisbury, Stonehenge and Windsor

 Full day tour and hotel transfer with collection at your cruise terminal. This service is available on all dates (April to November) when cruise ships are visiting Southampton. You will be driven in an air conditioned touring bus with a professional guide accompanying you throughout the day. In a memorable day you will see three world class attractions; Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge and Windsor Castle plus much more.

At the end of the day the coach will take you to the Central London & Heathrow Hotels on the link below. We also drop at Victoria, Kings Cross, St.Pancras and Paddington stations, plus Heathrow terminals 1-5.

 

Transfer Southampton via Bath & Windsor to Heathrow and central London hotels

We depart Southampton and drive to Bath. People have been visiting Bath since the time of the Celts, back in the days of prehistory. Later the hot water was utilised by the Romans in the 1st century AD when they called this place Aqua Sulis. We can explore the Roman Baths (entry extra) and walk on the very pavement walked on by Centurion and Citizen alike almost two thousand years ago. Later in the Georgian Era of the 18th century, the rich and wealthy arrived from London to 'see and be seen', they too took the waters to rid themselves of stiffness of the joints and gout. An elegant city of squares, crescents, terraces and circuses where you will enjoy a guided tour with a professional guide

After the guided tour we depart Bath for the drive to Royal Windsor.  Over 900 years of Royal history awaits you at the majestic Windsor Castle, a favourite home of the current Queen. You will have the option of entering the Castle where you can see the state apartments and the Royal Chapel of St.George. The town of Windsor itself sits alongside the River Thames with royal parks, traditional shops and typical English pubs, making it one of England's most popular destinations. 

The coach departs Windsor at 16:30pm. We will drop passengers at all the major Heathrow hotels and Terminals 1-5 starting from 17:15pm. We then drive into London, which is less than one hour from Heathrow. We drop at all London city centre hotels,
