Reservations Sales Specialist (Remote)

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Consult incoming prospects originating from direct phone calls, email, retail travel agencies etc., while gathering travel information pertinent to itinerary planning.
• Persuasively apply destination and product knowledge while building relationships between clients/agents
• Prepare, propose, price, revise, deliver and follow up on detailed custom itineraries

You will work from home, answering email requests, phone calls and texts from clients. No cold calling involved. Training and assistance for experienced travel professionals. Generous commission levels.

Qualifications College Degree preferred

• Detail oriented and timely with respect to day to day responsibilities
• Organized
• Strong knowledge of general business skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Browsers and Outlook
• Strong communication outside and within the organization
• Ability to follow office procedures and create a better workflow.
• Capable of working independently as well as within a team environment
• This part time or full time position (flexible hours). You can be as busy as you want to be.
